How we work
Six practices that decide whether a software project succeeds. They are the same on a two-month build and a two-year relationship.
We study the process before we quote
A free requirement study on site, with the people who actually do the work — stores, sales, accounts — including the workarounds nobody mentions in a management meeting. Everything else depends on this being done properly.
Scope and price go in writing
A module list, phase plan and fixed quotation before development starts. Change requests are quoted before they are built, never billed quietly at the end.
We build in phases, and demo each one
Working software on your own data at the end of every phase, so direction is corrected while correcting it is cheap.
Testing is against the agreed scope
Functional testing across the module list, plus the edge cases that surfaced during the requirement study — the ones that break real operations rather than test scripts.
Migration is reconciled, not just executed
Item masters, customers, suppliers and opening balances are migrated and checked against your existing records before go-live. Where the risk warrants it, both systems run in parallel until the numbers agree.
Support continues after the invoice
Training, updates and technical questions carry on after handover. This is the thing our customers write about most often — usually because a previous supplier stopped answering once the project was paid for.

- Server-rendered React with Next.js for public-facing sites, so content is in the HTML for both users and search engines.
- Go for business APIs, where throughput and predictable memory use matter more than framework fashion.
- Relational databases with a documented schema, so your data is never trapped in a format only we understand.
- Android and iOS applications built against the same APIs as the web systems, so there is one source of truth.
Judge us on what customers wrote, not on what we claim
We do not publish awards we have not won or client logos we do not have permission to use.
What we can point at is 25 published customer recommendations on our Facebook page, written by the businesses running these systems: a manufacturer tracking production, material usage and warehouse stock; a distributor reporting fewer stock shortages and wrong deliveries; a restaurant handling Uber Eats and PickMe orders in one place; a repair centre tracking jobs, parts and payments; and a client who recommended the system publicly after running it for close to two years.
