How we price a project
We quote per project, not per seat, and the quotation comes after we understand the requirement — not before. Here is the sequence, so you know exactly what happens between the first call and a number on paper.
Free requirement study
We meet your team, document how the business runs today and agree what the software must do. No charge, and no obligation to proceed.
Written scope
You receive a module list, phase plan and assumptions — the specific things being built, in the order they will be built.
Fixed quotation
One price against that scope. If part of the work cannot be estimated honestly yet, we say so and quote it separately rather than padding the total.
Payment by phase
Payments align to delivery phases, so money follows working software rather than promises.
Support plan
After handover you can continue on a maintenance plan covering updates, fixes and support, quoted separately so you can decide with the numbers in front of you.
Pricing questions answered
Why is there no price list on this page?
Because a fixed price for "an ERP" would be either wrong or padded. Cost depends on which modules you need, how much of your process is non-standard, and whether data has to be migrated from an existing system. We quote after a free requirement study, in writing, against a defined scope.
Do you charge hourly?
Project work is quoted at a fixed price against an agreed scope, so you know the figure before development starts. Change requests raised mid-project are quoted before they are built.
What affects the cost most?
Module count, integration work with systems that already exist, data migration volume and how many user roles need distinct permissions. Telling us these early gives you a realistic figure faster.
Is there a monthly cost after go-live?
Only if you choose a maintenance and support plan, or if hosting is provided by us. Both are quoted openly and separately from the build.
