Customer loyalty app with points and targeted offers
A loyalty programme customers can see, rather than a card nobody checks.
- Points balance and history
- Offer delivery
- Barcode identification at till
- Segment-based targeting
The problem
The card-based scheme had no way for a customer to see their balance, so redemption was low and the data was never used for anything.
What we built
We built a customer application showing points, history and offers, connected to the same customer record the till reads at billing.
Modules delivered
- Points balance and history
- Offer delivery
- Barcode identification at till
- Segment-based targeting
- Redemption at billing
- Opt-in preference management
What changed
What the delivered system does differently from the process it replaced.
- Customers can see their balance and offers
- Redemption happens at the till against one record
- Offers can be targeted to a defined segment
Built with

Why this customer is not named
Most of our customers allow the work to be described but not their name published. Where a customer has given permission, their name and testimonial appear here.
Independent accounts of our work are published by customers themselves on our Facebook reviews page.
