The problem
Drivers worked from printed sheets and phoned in each completion. Office staff transcribed the calls, so the system was behind the field by hours and proof of delivery was a signature on paper.
What we built
We built a driver application showing the day's runs in order, capturing signature and photographs at hand-over and collection, and updating the hire record immediately.
