Multi-warehouse stock with transfer control
Stock held across warehouses with controlled movement between them.
- Multi-warehouse item positions
- Two-step transfers
- In-transit visibility
- Receipt confirmation and variance
The problem
Warehouses kept separate records. Transfers were recorded at one end and not the other, so stock in transit was regularly lost on paper.
What we built
We built transfers as a two-step movement with an in-transit state, so stock leaves one warehouse and is received at the other as separate confirmed events.
Modules delivered

What changed
What the delivered system does differently from the process it replaced.
- Stock in transit is visible rather than missing
- Discrepancies surface at receipt
- Every movement has an audit trail
