Repair centre job tracking from intake to invoice
Every device tracked through diagnosis, parts, repair and collection.
- Job intake and device details
- Status workflow
- Parts issue to job
- Technician assignment
The problem
Devices were tracked on a paper job sheet attached to the unit. Customers phoning for status could not be answered without finding the physical unit.
What we built
We built job records created at intake with a status a counter can answer from, parts issued against the job, and invoicing from the job's actual content.
Modules delivered

What changed
What the delivered system does differently from the process it replaced.
