The problem
Each delivery platform had its own tablet. Staff re-keyed orders into the till, missed them during service, and stock was never reduced for delivery sales.
What we built
We integrated the delivery platforms into the order flow so their orders appear in the same queue, reduce the same stock and appear in the same sales reporting.
