The problem

Inspection was recorded on forms filed in a cabinet. Stock sometimes moved to despatch before its inspection was complete, and finding a historical result meant searching paper.

What we built

We built inspection checkpoints tied to production stages, where a batch cannot progress until its inspection is recorded. Results are stored against the batch and queryable later.
