Room booking, housekeeping and billing for a small hotel
Reservations, room status and billing in one system.
- Reservation calendar
- Room status and housekeeping
- Guest folio and charge posting
- Rate plans and seasons
The problem
Reservations were a book, housekeeping a whiteboard and billing a separate till. Rooms were sold that were not yet ready and charges were missed at checkout.
What we built
We linked reservation, room status and folio so a room's availability reflects housekeeping status and every charge posts to the guest folio.
Modules delivered

What changed
What the delivered system does differently from the process it replaced.
- Availability accounts for housekeeping status
- Charges post to the folio as they occur
- Occupancy is reportable from live data
