Shop-floor terminal for material issue and production entry
A floor terminal usable with gloves, on modest hardware, without a reliable network.
- Touch-first floor interface
- Local store with sync
- Material issue against job
- Production receipt
The problem
Production staff had to walk to the office to record issues and receipts, so entries happened in batches hours later and the stock position was always behind reality.
What we built
We built a shop-floor desktop application with large touch targets and a local data store, recording issues and receipts at the point they happen and syncing to the server continuously.
Modules delivered

What changed
